At our startup we are looking for the best Sales Manager to lead our commercialization roll out around Europe & Spain.

Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective distributors and/or key customers
Negotiate distribution agreements, including selling volumes and margins
Manage distributors requirements, and coordinate their needs within them and the Dinbeat marketing and sales team
Design, execute and analyze promotional calendars, campaigns and other sales supports to both distributor and final customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
Proven working experience in sales/distribution department
Proven experience in sales in the veterinary channel
Proven experience in negotiating distribution agreements
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Fluent English and Spanish are a must. Other languages will be a plus.
A degree in ADE, Economics or Veterinary will be a plus
The position is based in Barcelona, to live here is a requirement. We want to incorporate this position as soon as possible, so the process will be closed once we have the perfect candidate.
