Operational Area Manager- Veterinary

We are looking for an Operational Area Manager to be the first contact for costumers in the Spanish market for one of our clients. You will have the task to answer the client's questions about their pig production software, which can be done by telephone, email or whatsapp. In addition, you will provide customers with instructions about how the software works, whatching their computer remotely.

You will be responsible for an adequate administration of all qestions, wishes and problems. Approximatelly 80% of your time will be spent on help desk and customer related work, so you will have to be good at communicating and resukt-oriented.

You will be the operational link to the local agribusiness, large customers accounts and distributors and member of the International Customer Service team. You will also have a link to our Innovations department when our software is updated for the specific market you are working in.

As Operational Area Manager you will support the local Sales Area manager in commercial approaches, e.g. indepth presentations, exhibitions or fairs and assist our Marketing & Communication specialist in specific market campaigns. Sometimes you will have the role of Project Manager role in business cases requested by Sales.
